My relationship with trees began in childhood, spending long days in the forests near my home in Germany. After moving to California in 2014, I realized that working with nature was not just an interest but a calling. I began my career managing a therapeutic garden for adults with special needs, and later worked in biodynamic farming, horticulture, and fine gardening.

Across each of these experiences, trees were always what drew me in most. Over time it became clear that arboriculture and fine pruning were where my skills and passion aligned most deeply. My background across farming, gardening, and landscape systems allows me to understand how trees function within larger living landscapes.

I approach tree care with a strong sense of stewardship, considering the long term health of the soil, water, and surrounding ecosystem. My work emphasizes thoughtful pruning, restraint, and respect for the life of each tree.
